We haven't see the fusion of Naruto and Ichigo actually, maybe they have incredible power when the fusion perfectly. As far as I know, they are rivals actually! See those other threads around the world especially anime Naruto VS Ichigo they're complete rivals.
Accourding to the King of the universe(old one), he said if the two rivals have a chance to fusion, they can create an incredible power that nobodies can measure it like Son Goku and Vegeta first fusion.
