When you smoke drink [i]tea, juice[/i] and [i]soda[/i]. These drinks make smoking taste bad and can set your mind in quiting.
[b]Avoid[/b], drinking [i]alcohol [/i]and [i]coffee[/i] while smoking. These drinks, on the other hand, makes smoking taste good.
I read it on the somewhere on the internet.
