Yup. You can only use C.S.S. so we can totally see the skills in styling of a layout 
I removed the scripting so the CSS shall not be over shadowed by the scripts 
For HTML layouts they are also limited to their resources.
Remember a CSS layout is diffrent from a overlayed one
