I've watched alot of anime series and unfortunately I've also watched alot of very bad ones..
So.. for me the worst anime I can think is Galaxy Angel or Cowboy bebop

LUPIN....and there's one anime show they used to feature on AXN ...about a boy who goes to another dimension to save a weird girl with blue hair and eyes...and he becomes a prisoner of some army and he meets a blonde girl who was also trapped in that dimension and was later on raped by one of the soldiers and got pregnant blah blah blah...it was the strangest anime show featured on AXN...
