i tried the code used in the previous version but it doesn't seem to work....

To .x10hosting phpMyAdmin database owners (For WVMv3.1.1):
Your account will be suspended for inactivity.
To keep your account active, you need to login at least once every two weeks to the FORUM ([url]http://forums.x10hosting.com[/url]).
To un-suspend:
