for me the best gfx maker must be an expert in this software...
1)3dmax or maya 3d
2)flash softawares
3.)photoshps
4)fireworks
and offcourse final cut studio express or pro

coz other gfx maker only uses those fix gfx image then they edit those img and for thier fame purposes....for being famous.
note: hacking others intellectual property is a bad idea.... plagiarism..
