I've been noticing that alot of accounts using folders with spaces aren't working recently, but for the rest the code seems to work. Maybe you should try renaming your folder so it doesn't have %20 in it. %20 means there's a space in your folder name.
Although I could be wrong. This is just a suggestion. .gif)
