Ewan ko ba. I can't look at him, napaparanoid nalang ako bigla. Then I found myself gasping for air. In-asthma na ata ako. �Margaret?� He hissed, �Are you alright?� �S-Sorry,� I shook my head and saw my hand. I mean OUR hands. �Pervert ka! Did you ask permission.. to.. Hold my hand?� I dropped my hand disapprovingly. �If I know gustong-gusto mo naman.� I shrugged, �Like, what the crap? Holding hands?� �Loser to. Anyway, what's the next condition you'd like to�� �Ratings on our French Class,� I held my notebooks and smiled like a villain. �And If I won?� I walked away, �Let's talk about the prize later.� �Okay. Study hard,� He yelled. I walked through the hallway. Lots of students were whispering the same thing. Ugh. As expected from them, they love gossips and they love destroying an SJ student�s personality. That�s the disadvantage of having St. John as your section. Everything and everyone seems to be different. They act different but still, they say the same thing. They would stare at you, as if you were an outcast inside the whole campus. I must admit, I�m pretty annoyed by their actions. I entered my French class and saw Aries. Like, how did he get there so fast? He was debating with Eira. Ang bilis pa niyang magsalita, yung tipong na-record then ire-rewind mo. Akala mo naman Spanish siya. He looked at me na parang nakakita siya ng anghel. His eyes were so calm and sincere. Forget it. I mean, why should I care? OA ko naman. I sat down and waited for the two smart people to finish. I already knew Aries would win this debate. He won�t stop unless nag-give up ka na. What do you expect diba? Syempre siya na yung mananalo. He�s always the best. �Congratulations Mr. San Alvaro. Good Job,� Butch said as he shook hands with Aries. �Thank you sir. It�s indeed a pleasure to have a comment like that.� He passed by me, giving me a very dirty smug. Ang yabang! Tignan mo lang, mananalo din ako. �Anymore volunteers in this class?� I immediately raised my hand. Of course I would. �Yes Miss Willamette?� I stood up, so as David. Wow. Mukang partner ko na to. I had the debate with him. It�s easier than I thought it would be. Pure French? I can do this with no difficulties. I can say that David sounded a bit awkward in saying the French words but really, I enjoyed debating with him. Everyone went outside of the classroom when we got finished except Aries, who was waiting for the results. He looked at me calmly with his hands, folded across his chest. �A paragon, Miss Willamette.� Butch smiled. YESSSSS. I won, big time. �Thank you Sir.� I smiled, faced Aries and laughed sarcastically. I carried my bag and the books I took from the library awhile ago. I saw Aries, talking to Butch, and David who was walking up to me. �Congratulations,� David winked. �Thank you. I could have not done it without you though,� I tapped his broad shoulders. �Mind if I carry your things?� He asked and then I choked in immediate response. No one ever dared to do that. �N-No thanks. I can do it by myself.� I started walking. �Just give it Marge. Don�t be hilarious.� �David, would you please�� He suddenly grabbed the books I was holding and then he grinned. �Forget it,� I sighed. David seemed to be happy today. He was actually doing crazy stuffs while we were walking. And it came to the point where I really got annoyed. �Ano ba ginagawa mo?� �Just listening to the beat,� and he started moving his head up and down. �Itigil mo. It�s irritating.� I turned around and saw Aries. I don�t know pero I have bad feeling about this. He was already banging the door. Then he saw us and walked towards us. He grabbed my hand, at napasigawa naman ako. Ano ba problema niya? �Just cut it out, David. Will you?� I'm indeed surprised on what he just said. He did that for me? You've got to be kidding me. �Hmm. Why? Is there something wrong with that?� He said as he placed his arm on my shoulders. Ouch. Ang bigat. >.< �E-Excuse me,� I clenched my jaws. �Alis nalang kasi tayo dito,� Sabi niya and immediately grabbed my hand and ran. He was too strong, kaya naman wala na akong nagawa kung hindi magpa-hila. �W-Wait up!� I looked back and saw David na sobrang disappointed. �Dang,� I whispered to myself. We ran too fast. Hinihingal na nga ako eh. Athletic type of person ako, but then, ayaw kong nagpapaka-pagod para lang sa walang kwentang reason. In short, parang ganito. �Damn it Aries-� I breathed, �-what's wrong with you?!� I sat on the bench, gasping for air. I ducked my head against my knees. I stood up and said, �This is not fun.� �Of course it wouldn't be fun without you,� He smirked. I blinked twice and eventually dropped my jaw.
