It's so good to see him like that, again. Matagal na rin kasing hindi humahalakhak ng bonggang-bongga si Dad. We caught his attention. �Ah, the son of San Alvaro,� he pointed his fingers on Aries. Aries immediately sat down. Gusto na talagang pumikit yung mga mata ko that time, kaya naman I left them there, partying all night long. I mean, marami kasing kwento si Dad�corny man o seryoso�hinding-hindi siya titigil sa kakakwento. Nagpalit na rin ako ng damit, then I laid down on my bed. Napatingin nalang din ako sa ceiling, pumasok na naman sa isip ko yung Taekwondo competition. I want to join, but then I don�t have enough money. �Darn competition,� I pouted as I threw my slippers on the door. I went there to pick it up again, pero may narinig ako. Syempre, in response, I would eavesdrop. �I got to go now, Uncle. Ariadne is still waiting for me,� Aries said softly. �Take care, son. Say hello to Armando for me.� �Sure. I was waiting for him to knock the door, pero wala eh. Bigla nalang niyang binuksan yung door knob. I closed my eyes because of immediate nervousness. I was trying to breathe evenly, pero hindi ko ma-manage na gawin yun. He sighed, he came closer. Feeling ko tuloy nabubugbog yung heart ko. Ang bilis kasi. Now, I can smell his perfume, his breath. Five more seconds and I�m going to open my eyes. Five, Four, Three� �If you just knew how beautiful you are when you�re sleeping�� he sighed, ��that makes me love you more and more,� he said softly and leaned closer to me. His spiky bracelet suddenly stabbed me on my tummy. It made me move in response� reflex reaction. My conscience warned me, keep your eyes close, Margaret.
