#1, by tripping infront of him w/ his friends. & this actually worked! haha. then he helped me & asked my name. [but pls, don't try this, this only works for NOOBS like me. lol.]
#2, by asking my classm8 his ym ID. 
#3, wen i 1st chatted at him, i asked his cel.#.
#4, don't let him know that u hav a crush on him.
#5, last but not the least, wen ur at school, & he's going to pass u, pretend ur not looking at him, then wen he passes by, [i]kalabitin[/i] him at d back, then smile.
lol. pretty dumb steps. hahaha.
