You need to adjust this part of the code until the image fits inside the box. Start by changing to 305px

now u can see my whole banner but..
there's still excess space T.T
does this mean that my banner is too small or what?

i followed ur guide and replaced
padding:10px 0 0 0;
to
padding:468px 0 0 0;
to be exact..

You can try using this code for ur personalized logo. Again adjust the padding as needed.
