I agree. There was this someone (just not to mention the name) who gave me (-)repu even when I never did something wrong nor offend someone from what I am saying.

yes! I agree on that. but what about those people addicted enough to create 10 accounts and use one of them per day. I suggest that admin should block IP addresses who already registered in the register page

Just discuss via PM. If someone still insist to give -reputation without non-sense reason like [b]hehe[/b], etc.
Just PM the mods and make sure you have the evidence.
I also got 4 -repu. With non-sense reasons. But I don't want to make it bigger.
