Just follow the directions properly:

padding-bottom:50px;
background:transparent url(http://opi.yahoo.com/online?u=[b]YM-ID[/b]&m=g&t=2);
background-position: bottom;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}[/spoiler]
change the bolded part to your yahoo id without the [b]@yahoo.com[/b]
