I'm sure everyone has a paper and a pen to start on, right? And as for the scanner, I guess there won't be much problem this time. Some contests previously held required scanners but as far as I know, it was not much of a problem. This contest is [u]simple[/u], this wouldn't be a problem regarding sophisticated stuffs
