[b]> hmm.. i think they should be warned first.. some may not be aware that they've done something that violates the rules.. tell them that they should read the rules first before posting and what would be the consequences if they do that again.. then, if they continue to spam.. just simply curse them.. they deserve to have a second chance, you know.. but if they still didn't stop in spamming, then ban them..
