You have a point buddy but i think, newbies are newbies because someday they will be professionals. Being a newbie is not something to be ashamed about. It is a stepping stone buddy. Everyone must be called a newbie first before be called as a professional. What will you call the grade one student? a professional lawyer? :Djust my opinion...
