due to the fact that ive
been a victim of that..
noobs are giving nega
repu for those
inappropriate reasons..

specially if they are spamming
(but i guess they cant do it
`coz mods here are doing
thre jobs.) but to be active
and registered here for 3-6 mos.
take quite hard time..
