`Chapter twenty-six.. "Kath!" I screamed as I saw her walk away. She didn't look back. "Kath! Sandali lang!" I ran after her pero wala, parang pabilis nang pabilis pag lakad niya. Tapos nakita ko na lang siyang hawak ang kamay ng iba. That time, she looked back at me. "Bye, Aaron." Then I opened my eyes. What a dream. I scratched my head. "Kath.." I'm scared. Natatakot ako na magkakatotoo na yung panaginip ko. Lalo na't nandito na si Tita.. At ang sakit sakit. --..--..--..--.. Kath wasn't there during breakfast. "Where's Katrina?" Her mom asked. "Hindi ko po alam." sagot ni Jan. Tita looked at me. Nagkibit balikat na lang ako. Siguro nga nasaktan ko siya nang sobra. Pero wala na akong magagawa.. Wala.. I've got nothing left on me. Walang wala. I would just give her a terrible nightmare. --..--..--..--.. [b] KATH'S POV:[/b] "So, why are we here today?" Kyle asked. I went to Kyle. Kahit maaga pa, tutal, wala ata parents niya kaya binulabog ko agad siya. Nakaupo kami sa couch nila. "Hey, Kath." I, then, cried and hugged Kyle. Mukhang nagulat siya pero he hugged me back. "About Aaron huh." "Y-Yes.." "I heard your mom's home." He said then tapped my back. "Yeah. And she wants to take me to London with her, and I don't like it... I'll leave everyone, you, Lea, Jan and.. Aaron.." "What's Aaron's plan?" I pulled back and wiped my tears. "Wala." "Anong wala?" I smiled forcibly. "Wala siyang balak. I think he'll just let me go. He won't bother stop me." "Ano? Bakit?" "I don't know Kyle, and that's what hurts me. Akala ko he loves me more than I do to him that he won't let me go, na hindi niya hahayaang mawala ako. Doesn't he think na hindi ako sasama kung pipigilan niya ako? If he would just say don't, then I won't!" My tears started falling once again. "Shh, shh. It's okay. [b]AARON'S POV:[/b] I just silently looked at Kath as she was held in other's arms. Buti nga si Kyle.. Kahit papano, talagang maalagaan niya si Kath. Kesa ako.. Kahit na masakit sakin 'tong nakikita ko.. Ala akong magagawa.. It was I who sent her away. It was I who made her hate me.. Kaya I don't have the right to get mad. Pero siguro di ba, to feel sad is my right..? I saw Kyle hug her tight and comfort me. Ako dapat yun. Ako dapat si Kyle ngayon. Or probably, walang nangyayari kay Kath kung hindi ko 'to ginagawa.. Siguro, nothing would certainly hurt her. Dapat, di na ako nag expect pang magugustuhan niya ako. Dapat, I just treated her as a housemate. Yun lang. Para.. Para hindi sobra ang sakit na mararamdaman niya.. At pati na sakin.. Okay lang kung ako, pero I can't afford to see her cry because of me.. But I don't want to barged in to them. I don't want to make Kath think I'll stop her from reaching her dreams. Kahit na I know it'll hurt us both. My selfish decision would be the best decision. [b]KATH'S POV:[/b] After some time, I decided to go back home. I hurriedly went to my room, hindi ko na tiningnan pa yung kwarto ni Aaron.. Hindi na.. I sat down on my bed. Mom was out shopping. Aaron.. I recalled the times na masaya kami. Kahit nga lang nagaaway. Medyo natawa ako ng konti sa sarili ko. But the laugh I gave maybe is the last laugh. I can't even celebrate Christmas with them, even if I begged, Mom won't let me. "Sana makapag celebrate ako dito." "You could." I saw Mom. "Thanks." I mumbled. Hay, kahit na dito ako mag celebrate, I won't be able to celebrate with Aaron.. Umupo si Mama sa tabi ko. "Is something wrong?" "Yeah." I admitted. "Mind to tell me?" I sighed. "In love ako sa isang guy." "Who's the guy?" "Aaron. Aaron Espinosa." Mom looked surprised. "Si Aaron?" "Yeah Ma. Nung umalis ka, nainlove ako sakanya." "But why didn't he stop you nor he told me?" I smiled again forcibly. "That's what I don't know." Mom held my hand. "Are you still coming with me?" I can see that mom really did miss me. Na gusto niya akong makasama.. Pero.. Pero.. I don't know. Should I come? "Will you still go with me?" "O-Opo.." I answered. [b]Even though sa loob-loob ko, sobrang sakit ang nararamdaman ko.. Sobra..[/b]
