-base in my experience
its just shocking for a guy when a girl do the first move, but its not bad,
just got some disadvantages:
* a guys have more confident to himself for breaking off
* the girl is under control
* no pride for a guy, as everyone says, no challenge

for me, it's alright for the girls to make the first move. society changes and as of now, maria clara has been long forgotten. (if you know what i mean)

i think its ok... (cuz many boys r real ashamed of telling der feelings...) pero sum ppol will know that u mde the 1st move and they will tease u mercilessly!.. just b creful and b strong..

making a move doesn't generally speaks about "courting a guy".
but if you like that idea, then okay.
but i think courting and making a move is different to the point that the circumstances may vary.
