sounds like a good idea.
i think there should be an eyeball for mindanao ftalkers(which will be held in mindanao), visayas ftalkers(in visayas) and the ftalkers in manila or near manila(MOA 
).
a nationwide eyeball would be too ambitious.. (dunno. thats what i think)
