It ss to get the sliced string from the end of 9th char to the end of 39th char. This is how it work. It slices an area with index authcode=. So it gets authcode=93keidkakekrkdc63jtedicwe84rcz&firstname=&lastname=&submit=1. From the end of the 9th char to the end of 39th char it gets 93keidkakekrkdc63jtedicwe84rcz which is the authcode.
