Moderator is not popularity a moderator means moderates, moderates means responsibility, responsibility in this site they help admin to moderate this site, to be a moderator gives a lot of responsibilities

a moderator is the one who moderates a forum...controlls flooding, spams and deleting unwanted post! ahehehhe...its wat they usually do! aw another info they curse members who are very PASAWAY! or banned if needed!

It depends. Hehe.. I was a newbie but after a week or two, I was assigned to be a moderator. Because I have lots of experience on moderating forums and also have some understanding on friendster overlaying. I suggested Ftalk to have their own overlay forum section.
