You have some points here. But honestly, sometimes I feel lazy to post or get involve into a situation. I couldn't be bothered to interfere since I know my colleagues can handle it, the fact that they didn't ask some help or whatever. About that kiddy, list all the rules that he broke then we'll discuss how heavy will be his punishment. If other members asking to unban kiddy, then we'll tell them the reason why kiddy is banned.
