I'm so frustrated 
I already have my external CSS file
<%16link href="MY CSS FILE URL" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"%16>
save it in my MEDIA BOX
The only problem is
THAT
after i save it....
the codes disappear 
how come??? what is the problem???
