You could be very right about that. I have been extremely stressed out over the past 2 or 3 months, plus, when I lay down to sleep it's like I can't "shut off" my brain. I lay there thinking about all the obstacles and stresses for an hour or sometimes more before I finally fall asleep.

You could be very right about that. I have been extremely stressed out over the past 2 or 3 months, plus, when I lay down to sleep it's like I can't "shut off" my brain. I lay there thinking about all the obstacles and stresses for an hour or sometimes more before I finally fall asleep.
