[align=center][b]guys updated! hehe!! from the thoughts of some participants,me and sir ephe.[/b][/align] [b]flow of the 15:10:1 elimination: [color=#000033]i'll make a poll for all of the contestants. the votes for each entry will ba tallied. if it is not 15 the silent judges will decide who will be the top 15. from the top 15 all of the members votes will be a very big factor for the top 10 contestants.(you guys will choose your top 10 only 1 vote per member.) <the format for voting> <vote><space><the title and the designer of your chosen sig> you can add explanations and some things about the sig that you voted. contestants can also vote but they can't vote themselves.. from the top 10 your votes and the silent judges' will be a very big factor for "us" to know who deserves the crown.. from all of the contestants to the top 15 and top 10 i will be posting those entries in the same thread. you can also vote your #1 choice after i post the top 10. don't worry, you can still vote but 1 vote per elimination. 1 = top 10 1 = #1[/color] [color=#660033]this will start after the contest registration. the casting of votes for the top 15 is from feb 14-15 '08 the casting of votes for the top 10 is from feb 16-17 '08 you can cast your votes for the #1 after feb 17(feb 18-19) from then on the judges will decide who is the winner. nice changes. in the poll thread, would there be the creator's name on it? or just numbers designated per entry? because sometimes, members base on the popularity of the person than on the signature itself.
