Here's a situation.. Please help me answer this.. Jackie went to a dental clinic to ask his dentist what he can do to fight bad breath. The dentist examined Jackie’s oral hygiene, asked about his dietary habits, and then advised him to also see another doctor, a diabetes specialist. How did the dentist come up with the assumption, just by examining Jackie’s breath, that Jackie might be diabetic? What might be the cause of Jackie’s bad breath and how is this related to diabetes? XD
