how to add borders?? oww.. you just right click the layer, then click blending options then stroke.. .. haha.. hope I help...

it dosn't work!!
if teh pic is big and i copy and paste it if i press stroke,it'll be at the border but it couldn't see it bcaz teh pic is big..

Choose your image.
Press [b]CTRL + A[/b].
[i]...you can see that teh picture was now selected as a whole right?[/i]
Go to [b]Edit[/b] > [b]Stroke[/b]
Follow this Format :
