And right now, the THEME is in the middle of discussion, other skyline members who would love to join this contest, please give us your suggestions too. [b]Rules and Judges[/b] We'll think of the rules after we have decided our theme. But remember, if you violate one of this rule, you will be automaticly disqualified (depends on the level of violation). I'm pretty strict, so.. prepare your manners. Judges (we'll see about that, I will choose 3 judges who don't know anything about us, so this will be a fair scoring.) I want to join this contest, but.. lol, I dunno if I can join or not.
