guys can u teach me on how to improve more the performance of my PC although my PC specs is good enough..
my PC specs:
Video Card - 256 MB
Memory - 2GB DDR2 PC800
Hard Drive - 80GB
Motherboard - MSI 6100
Processor - AMD Sempron LE1150 2.1GHZ
DRIVES:
C: the rest of 80GB
Installers: 2GB
Swap: 1GB
and question do i have to defrag my PC? and what is the effect of defragging?
@james: hmm.. btw for anti virus.. i used BitDefender, so good to use!

use the program tune-up utilities... its an all in one tweaking program...
defragging your computer is necessary at least once a month...
it check your hard disk for errors..

try avast , u can DL it here http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html ,, u need to register first to get the keygen ,,
u can try also AVG ,, http://free.avg.com/ww.download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition

Just go to [b]My Computer[/b] [b]==>[/b] Select ur driver eg: [b]C:\ [/b]or [b]D:\[/b] then right click ==> then [b]Properties[/b] ==> Select [b]Tools[/b] and Defrag

guys help here, about my laptop internet connection, i used a router for my laptop, i have a desktop too, which is my laptop connected (wireless) . the problem is, everytym the phone rings, my connection will get loss. and then after the porn call, i mean phone call, the net connection will get back. and im experiencing this one, not only coz the phone call, also in sometym. i dont know. but theres no tym that i wont be disconnected, even the phone not ringing, err. i hate it. 
do you know any solution for this problem?. help here guys

it always[u] restart[/u]?/[u]reboot[/u]? every 10 to 15 mins.. how do i fix this problem? please helps...

check you processor...
if the temperature is so hot..
unplug your processor's heatsink and clean it..
after this release your memory(RAM) and clean the memory's copper element with rubber..
hope it work normally again..
