yes it can be healed. this is how you do it.
first have your antivirus ready to be installed on our omputer and scan your computer with hijakthis
(assumed you already have one).
after the scanning check the mini boxes on report box the suspected you are suspecting that causes your pc not to run so well (don't forget to read the details column of each aplication before checking it).
then click fix button after you checked the suspicios file but don't forget to backup (there's a backupt option before you scan).
when fixing is finish, reboot your computer and install your antivirus and update its virus definition to the latest then full scan your computer. after scanning with antivirus repair the installation of your application specially the msft office and the os for some of your system files who has infected was probably deleted by the antivirus.
wonder why scan with hijackthis first? because there were viruses and trojans that prevent you from installing antivirus and those malware are running in the background so to give way for your antivirus u must remove those malware first.
and btw, on the process of dissinfecting of your computer, avoid browsing your files for some viruses like for example the Rontok.Bro is disguising its self just like the default folder of windows system and if you accidentally double click on it, it will spread again.

yes its possible. i have 3 browser installed on my computer namely Safari 3, Firefox 2 and the
known giant Internet Explorer 7.
all you have to do is download it to its corresponding developer and install. here are the list of popular browsers:
IE7 = microsoft.com or in softwarepatch.com
Firefox = getfirefox.com
Safari = apple.com/safari/download/

ahm.. can i ask something? i have this tmntrsvc.exe dat making my computer so slow.. amp.. everytime i will start my computer heck that it always appear.. so I need to open my task manager to delete it.. what should i do to permanently delete it?

When you start to install FF browser(I think this applies to all), It will ask you if you want the browser to be your primary, assuming IE is your primary.
Just check your Add/remove programs and look for IE and FF.. maybe your shortcut is wrong..

@24_irish : i don't think thats possible.. u need a bluetooth device for your computer and i think you are using this for your celfone so you phone got a bluetooth?.. its just impossible to have a bluetooth for your computer without actually having a bluetooth device for computer

Turn your PC power on and insert your WinXP installer. Boot from CDROM. You can do this by pressing F8 or F12 [i](depends on the motherbaord)[/i] during POST. Select Boot from CDROM. The windows xp installer will now start. Select where you wan't to install the new windows xp, select the partition/drive if where your old system was installed. then the installer will ask you if you want new installation or repair the current installation. i prefer you choose to repair so that your old programs installed will remain intact. after you choose the repair just follow the instruction about putting in your legitimate product key.
after the installation, update your new windows xp thru windows live update. then after you update you can now install your antivirus.
after installing your antivirus, install your printer driver(before you install the driver make sure your printer is not connected to computer). if you connected your printer already, turn it off first and wait until the time of installation of the driver will tell you to turn it on.

i was using windows xp..
then my brother changed it to windows vista.. 
i reli dont like it coz of the resolution and lots of pop ups.. 
wat will i do..?? i want to have the windows xp back..
my brother said cant download it agen coz its alredi face off..
cant also reformat the pc coz our cd to reformat is only for wondows xp..
hahaiz.. plz help....
