hmm... That was way back 1997 @ battle creek, michigan .. It was my very first few weeks in US, and I needed
a good haircut. Luckily I found this hair salon nearby within my apartment complex. Mostly blondes , 4 of them to be exact were the cosmetologists(or hair stylists). I was their only customer that time..
When I came in, it was a quiet place , they had the radio on but volume was just right so conversations are confined as if everyone is talking near each other. As usual, I had my jitters.. I don't really talk "casual" english back in PI , so there I was , I sat on the salon swivel chair with 4 American blondes and have no idea how to start an "american" conversation.
AT LEAST I TRIED , something struck me as I recall, there were "great lakes" there in Michigan. And so I asked the ladies.
[b] "Are there any beaches here???????" [/b]
They all looked at me in awe ......

I've got another confession.
Yesterday, it was Saturday.
I have a 12-4pm subject (Human Anatomy & Physiology).
Honestly, I can't count my F's every quiz. :nosebleed:
And up until now, I'm so happy!
Know why? Because finally I got 2 B's on the last 2 quizzes!
[i]Eh kc naman, 25 items lang quiz namin.
Taz yung prof namin tina-times 4 niya bawat item, so 100 pts lahat.
60% passing taz zero-base yung grading system namin. :nosebleed: nalang ako parati. [/i]
Lagi ko nakukuha eh hanggang 52-59 lang.
[i]Pero kahit papaano[/i], thank you Lord!!!! I love you!!! 
At least He gave me another strength to study harder. 
P.S. I confessed here because my mom didn't know about this.

I confess i won't be on the honor roll this graduation. and it makes me kinda "dun wanna go 2 school anymore" mood bcoz of her (our [i]walang-kwentang[/i] teacher in values)
she's really not worthy to be a teacher!
