Well.. if from Iloilo to Aklan, it will take you around 4-5 hours (via private car), if (public vehicle) prolly, around 5-6 hours or more. :] Oh yeah, how will you get to Aklan from Butuan? Hmm, just take a plane to IloIlo and find some public vehicle going to Aklan. 
That's the best way I think. I don't think there's some ship that will take you from Butuan to Aklan. :]
