the css linker codes are working but the js linker isn't working on my profile... oohh i hate it!!

hey guys nid help cause im a super noob with this things so is this code working or am i doing anything wrong first you put your codes in notepad ayt?? then upload ripway ayt?? then paste the link on the "for CSS" up here this part im not sure i only used the CSS codes
