For making scanlines + putting them to the sig

To apply scanlines use [img]http://www.cellbio.duke.edu/faculty/Klingensmith/Adobe%20Photoshop%207/Help/images/patstamp.gif[/img] and choose scanline

then just brush trough your image / layer
