well if i'm not mistaken.... that's a part of SHOW/HIDE table codes
with EFFECTS posted by feruzz... one of my assignment heheh... 
along with renalvir's table border effects also

if your other js is working...,then your linker works fine...if the tracker only is not working...perhaps x10 hosting is down..dont you wori..it will work then...just be patience...
