If you have troubles once you have tried to create them urself for sure others will help if you post ur request for help in the correct thread..the Help Thread. But for starters you should all the tutorials and try to learn and understand, its not that hard it just takes time.

What do you mean you customize ur profile? Did you use the codes from here and make an external css file and use the css linker code.

You need to apply those codes to an external css file.
Check this tutoriail how to create and then go to the underground thread for the css linker code
