i was soooo pissed off at a guest today. [spoiler]We attended a forum at ateneo, and as a school representative, i helped in the preparation for the mother chap.. i was assigned as an usherette. Since the guests, speakers and students have their own place at the audi, i was instructed to lead them on where to seat. I asked this woman to occupy the other vacant seats a few rows in front of her. Gahd. I asked her politely, but what did she say to me? "Why do i have to? Am I not allowed to choose my own seat? And who are you? What are you in this forum?" I was like, stunned, shocked with her answer, she could have just said that she's comfortable on her seat and all.. duh, i should have wore my ID or anything..i went there to help, not to be bossed on. I cried. not in front of her. I just told her, 'it's ok if you want to sit there' then i rushed off to the comfort room, wiped my tears away. When i came back, the Federation President (mother chap) instructed them to move forward. And this fckn guest moved forward! Like hell, she waited for a high ranking federation official just to move? And just as the reps were being recognized and awarded before the closing remarks, i walked up the stage and saw her reaction. Yeah, she was shocked. Shocked to see that the person she bossed was actually a student chap representative who happens to be a part of the organizing team. [/spoiler] - - oh and i confess that it's my first time to be the first person to arrive on a set time
