i confess.. i cant sleep well lately.. am i experiencing the withdrawal syndrome of trying to stop smoking.. .. beside hard to sleep.. im always so tired and feelin dizzy.. haiz.. i hate this.. but i need to stop smoking.. .. its the best for my health.. and i really want to stop it for my bhe.. she wants me to stop smoking.. ^^.. i know this will be hard.. but i think i can endure this.. yah!.. good luck to me lol
