I think Friendster surrendered on filtering linkers. 
Because they're tired of filtering linkers, they decided just to terminate accounts. Lazy cheap Friendster.

Yeah. In loudfusion, the ads are just fine because they are just words and phrases. But in friendster it's really crap coz sometimes, it's flash.. And most of the time, pictures.
