wow. i so idolize the two guys who debated over the issue. 
i'm so bad at debating. 
i can only add some infos, it is termed as an embryo when the egg is already fertilized (0-2 months), and when the embryo develops organ systems, it will be termed as a fetus (3 months till birth).
i've read in a book that the birth control tubal ligation isn't always 100%.
